Destaques do mercado hoje

The Fed meets Oct 27-28. Markets still expect unchanged rates, though the odds of a pause have eased. October’s flash S&P Global composite PMI reached 57.6; manufacturing PMI rose to 56.0, a 53-month high. Selling prices increased at the fastest pace since August 2022, signaling persistent inflation pressure. Attention now turns to the Fed’s inflation assessment, guidance on the rate path and whether another hike remains possible in December.
